The florist and delivery driver provided exceptional service. The florist added a few extra pieces to the arrangement and communicated with me every step of the way! When they realized it was for a recipient who was experiencing a loss, they were so empathetic and handled everything with care despite the bad weather. The recipient was overjoyed with her flowers.
